The Fern Grove Spa is a body-positive, LGBTQ+ welcoming and affirming skincare studio in Tucson, Arizona. We help people transform the health of their skin and, in turn, their self-confidence. We provide results-driven facials, judgement-free waxing for all bodies, and other specialty aesthetics services. Our focus is creating a safe self-care environment for individuals typically marginalized or ignored by mainstream beauty industry establishments.

Got skin tags? Scarring? Thinning hair? We offer advanced treatments like ProCell Microchanneling, Skin Classic irregularity treatments (aka “The Zap”), and chemical peels. Body Waxing
You bring it, we'll wax it. No judgement. No shame. No pressure. Your gender presentation does not need to match your anatomical composition for you to be waxed here. You are valued and safe. All bodies are beautiful. All bodies are good bodies.

Pregnancy Services
The skin on your baby bump can get tight, itchy, and irritated in the final months of pregnancy. Our Baby Bump Treatment is designed to soothe and deeply hydrate skin that is stretched to the limit.
